Your applications will be reviewed by our Social Responsibility Board in a objective manner and they will return you. If your request is accepted, you will be required to submit the necessary documents for the proceedings, and the timely and complete access of these documents will ensure that your application process will be completed sooner. Your claims will be assessed in February, April, June, August, October and December of each year.
